At Prince Family Law we endeavour to be totally transparent in relation to our fees. Our fixed fee divorce service offers practical support throughout the divorce process.

We will discuss with you at your initial meeting our hourly rates which will then be confirmed to you in our terms of business letter.

We will ask you to confirm your agreement and sign this before we undertake any work on your behalf.

Thereafter you will be regularly updated in relation to fees and if you have any queries regarding any of your bills our highly experienced accounts manager will be happy to discuss any issues with you and liaise with the fee earner regarding any queries.

Are you in a Civil Partnership?

Prior to same-sex marriage becoming legal in England in March 2014 same-sex couples could enter into a Civil Partnership. Expert legal advice is required to bring to an end a Civil Partnership as the process is the same as for divorce. Our experienced divorce lawyers do not underestimate the difficulty in deciding to end a Civil Partnership and it is important for you to know your rights in relation to financial matters and children when reaching that decision.

How do you start the process?
